The Ubersuggest Chrome Extension brings real-time SEO data directly into Google search results, allowing you to analyze keywords and websites without switching tools or tabs.
This guide explains how to install and use the Ubersuggest Chrome Extension, view keyword and website SEO metrics directly in Google search results, manage visibility and daily limits, and remove the extension if needed.
How to Install the Ubersuggest Chrome Extension
Installing the extension takes just a few steps:

- Open the More Tools section in the left-hand menu.
- Click Chrome Extension.

View SEO Data Directly in Google Search Results
When the extension is active, Ubersuggest displays keyword-level SEO metrics directly below Google search results, including:
- Monthly Search Volume – How often the keyword is searched.
- Cost Per Click (CPC) – Average advertiser cost for the keyword.
- SEO Difficulty – Estimated competition for organic rankings.
- Paid Difficulty – Estimated competition for paid ads.
This makes it easier to identify keyword opportunities while researching topics or validating ideas.
Analyze Websites and Content Instantly
In addition to keyword metrics, the extension also displays website-level SEO data for each result, including:
- Domain Authority – Estimated ranking strength of the domain.
- Estimated Monthly Traffic – Approximate organic traffic volume.
- Backlinks – Number of inbound links to the domain.
- Top Organic Keywords – Keywords driving traffic to the site.
This allows you to quickly assess competitors, evaluate content strength, and identify potential opportunities directly from the search results.

If you prefer not to see Ubersuggest data on every search, the extension can be temporarily hidden.
To hide the extension:

Daily search limits depend on your subscription plan:
