Learn how to manage and remove Ubersuggest add-ons to adjust your plan limits and control your monthly billing.
Our add-on feature gives you the flexibility to customize your Ubersuggest experience by adjusting your plan limits to match your needs. These extra packages are billed monthly, regardless of your main plan type, and are non-refundable by default.
This article will show you how to cancel your add-ons and explain what happens to your account after cancellation.
Add-On Cancellation Process
1. Access the Account & Billing Area
Log in to your Ubersuggest account, then go to the Account & Billing section.
Here, you’ll have full control over your subscription settings, including managing or removing add-ons.
2. Select the Manage Add-Ons Tab
In the Account & Billing Area, you’ll see several tabs. Select the Manage Add-Ons tab to view the add-ons included in your plan and make any necessary changes.
3. Delete the Add-On
To remove an add-on from your account, simply click the Remove Add-On button located next to the specific add-on you wish to delete.
4. Confirm Removal
You will be asked to confirm your decision before the add-on is removed.
Make sure to review the details carefully to ensure you are removing the correct package.
Effect of Removing an Add-On
When a user removes an add-on, any future recurring charges will stop from the next billing cycle.
However, the behavior of the add-on after cancellation may vary depending on the type:

Immediate Removal: Some add-ons, such as additional users, projects, AI Prompts (AI Search Visibility), or keywords, are removed immediately upon cancellation. Access to these features is revoked right away.

End of Billing Period: Certain add-ons, like the AI Writer and AI Add-on offer for Lifetime, remain active until the end of the current billing period. This ensures you can continue using the feature until your paid period expires. It is also indicated in your Manage Add-ons tab.
Important: While you can cancel add-ons at any time to prevent future charges, these packages are non-refundable.
Before making any changes, carefully review your subscription requirements.

FAQs
Why can’t I remove certain add-ons from my account?
Some add-ons can only be removed if your current usage is within the limits of your base plan.
To remove the add-on, reduce your usage to fit your plan’s included limits. For example, the project Add-on can not be removed unless you remove the project linked to the Add-on.
Does canceling an add-on affect my main subscription?
No. Canceling an add-on only removes the extra limits or features you added. Your main Ubersuggest subscription continues without any changes.
Why is my add-on still showing as active after I canceled it?
Some add-ons continue to work until the end of your current billing period. For example, the AI Writer and the AI Add-On for Lifetime remain active until your paid period expires.
You can view these details in the Manage Add-Ons tab.
How do I know which add-ons are currently part of my plan?
You can review your active add-ons anytime by going to your Manage tab. This section lists all active add-ons.
