Understanding how cancellations, free trials, and refunds work helps you avoid unexpected charges and manage your subscription with confidence.

Below, you’ll find everything you need to know about the Ubersuggest refund and cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy 

You can cancel your Ubersuggest plan at any time through the Account & Billing section inside your dashboard.

If you prefer, you can also contact our support team by clicking the HELP button inside the tool. To speed things up, please use the email associated with your subscription or provide your account details.

Once canceled:

  • You’ll keep access until the end of your current billing cycle.

  • No future charges will occur.

Canceling your subscription does not automatically mean a refund will be issued.


Free Trial Offer: Test Before You Invest

Ubersuggest offers a one-time free trial for new users on monthly plans.

To activate the trial, you must:

  • Select a monthly plan

  • Add a valid payment method

You’ll receive an email confirming your trial period and invoice details.

If you decide not to continue, make sure to cancel within the 7-day trial period in the Account & Billing section.

If the trial is not cancelled before it ends, the subscription will automatically begin, and the first billing cycle will be charged. Once a paid cycle starts, the charge is non-refundable.

 

Lifetime Accounts: Designed for Long-Term Users
 

Lifetime plans are designed for users who prefer a long-term commitment without the hassle of renewal charges. These plans are charged upfront and offer the same features as the monthly plans. Upon purchasing, users will receive an email with their invoice detailing the coverage period and the auto-renewal date. Due to the nature of this commitment, Lifetime subscriptions are nonrefundable.

 

Refund Policy Post-Trial

Ubersuggest subscriptions are non-refundable once processed.

We do not provide automatic refunds after a billing cycle has started.

It's essential to manage your subscription settings promptly to avoid any unintended charges. Doing so will ensure that you are well-informed about your subscription terms and can make the most out of your Ubersuggest experience.
