Billing Date for Monthly Plans
When users subscribe to Ubersuggest, the billing date is set as the charge date. On this date, payments are automatically deducted from the selected payment method, such as a credit card. This billing cycle continues monthly until the subscription is canceled.
For example, if a user begins a 7-day free trial on the first of the month, the billing date will consistently fall on the 7th of each month, as that marks the date of the initial charge.
Billing Date for Lifetime Plans
The billing date for Lifetime plans follows the same structure as other subscriptions. For instance, if a user purchases a Lifetime plan on the 1st of the month, the billing cycle will reset on the 1st of every month. While Lifetime plans are a one-time payment subscription valid for 50 years, invoices beyond the initial charge are typically voided.
These billing cycles enable users to purchase additional packages to temporarily increase their subscription limits if needed. They also ensure that features like AI Writer word credits reset their monthly limits seamlessly.
How to Check the Billing Date?
Ubersuggest provides users with two methods to identify their billing date:
Email Notifications: On each billing date, the system sends an email containing invoice details to the registered subscription email address.
Account & Billing Section: Within the Ubersuggest platform, navigate to the "Account & Billing" area. The billing date and billed amount will be displayed under the BILLING section.
Is It Possible to Change the Billing Date?
Ubersuggest's billing dates are generally fixed based on the initial subscription date. Here's how it works for different plans:
Monthly Plans:
- The billing date is set on the day the subscription starts and remains consistent.
- If users cancel and later resubscribe, the system adjusts the charge to align with their original billing date. For example, if a user's original billing date was the 15th, and they resubscribe on the 10th, they will be charged a partial amount to cover the period until the 15th, after which regular monthly billing resumes on the 15th.
Lifetime Plans:
- The billing cycle resets based on the date of the most recent subscription.
- If a subscription is canceled and later reactivated, the new billing cycle will correspond to the latest subscription date. For instance, if the original billing cycle was on the 30th and the subscription is renewed on the 17th, the new billing cycle will be set to the 17th.
Currently, Ubersuggest does not offer the option to manually change the billing date. If users have specific billing preferences or require further assistance, it is recommended to contact support@ubersuggest.com for personalized guidance.
