How to Update or Change Email in Ubersuggest

If you need to change the email associated with your Ubersuggest account, you can do so quickly in just a few steps. This guide walks you through the complete process of updating your Ubersuggest account email and explains what to do if you no longer have access to your current email address. 

Before You Change Your Ubersuggest Email

If your Ubersuggest account currently uses Google Sign-In, you’ll need to switch to an email and password login before changing your email address. This ensures your account access remains secure after the update.

To switch your login method:

• Go to Account & Billing
• Select Change login method next to your current email address
• Create and save a new password for your account

Note: This action is permanent. Once you switch from Google Sign-In to an email and password login, you won’t be able to switch back to Google Sign-In.

How to Update Your Ubersuggest Account Email

Once you’ve updated your login method (if needed), follow the steps below to change your Ubersuggest email address:

1. Go to Account & Billing

   

2. Verify Your Current Email 
   A confirmation pop-up will guide you through the email change process.

   Step 1: Enter your current Ubersuggest password to confirm you want to proceed. 
    
   Step 2: Click Send Code to receive a verification code at your current email address.
   
   Note: If you no longer have access to your current email address, scroll down to the “What if I can’t access my current email?” section for guidance.
    

3. Enter the Verification Code

   - Check your inbox (and spam or junk folder, just in case) for the 6-digit verification code. 

   - Enter the code and click Confirm to continue.
   
   

4. Enter Your New Email Address 
Enter the new email address you’d like to associate with your Ubersuggest account. 
 
A verification code will be sent to this new email address to confirm the change.

Note: The new email address must not already be associated with another Ubersuggest account. If it is, you’ll need to delete that account first.

What If I Can't Access My Current Email?

If you no longer have access to the email currently linked to your Ubersuggest account, you can still request an email change by contacting Ubersuggest Support.

To help us verify your identity and protect your account, please include the following details in your request:

• Full name on the account
• Last four digits of the payment method used (Visa, Mastercard, Google Pay, PayPal, etc.)
• Date of the original payment
• Amount of the original payment
• Invoice number
• New email address you’d like to use

Once your information is verified, our team will manually update the email address on your account.
